Food Sensitivity Testing
Hidden food sensitivities are often at the root of many
undiagnosed mental and physical symptoms including:
Arthritis... Auto-immune Disorders... Chronic Infections...
Colitis... Dark Circles under the Eyes... Depression...
Diarrhea/Constipation... Digestive Problems... Fatigue...
Food Addictions/Cravings... Headaches... Hyperactivity...
Irritable Bowel... Learning Disabilities... Skin
Conditions... etc...
If
you are unable to fully digest certain foods and convert
them to valuable nutrients not only do you deprive the cells
of your body but a very toxic environment can develop. Your
body must work extremely hard to remove wastes and toxins
thereby robbing you of the vital energy required to maintain
a healthy body.
Symptoms of chronic food reactions are not always directly
observable as they are due to issues of metabolism and can
take days to manifest. Almost any food can cause an adverse
reaction. There is no food that is ideal for everyone. The
more common culprits are cow's milk, lactose, wheat, gluten,
corn and oranges. Ongoing food reactions put a real strain
on the immune system. Thus, a person with many food
sensitivities may find themselves getting sick frequently.
The Food Sensitivity
Testing Process
A painless, non-invasive approach is
employed for testing foods. The radial pulse is monitored
while samples of different food substances are introduced
into the energy field of the individual. Remember that
everything carries its own energetic resonance and
energy is information. As the substance is
introduced near the body, the body's energy field will read
that information. If that particular food is going to put a
stress on your body (as opposed to nourish it) the
sympathetic nervous system will cause the pulse to spike or
quicken. This is the alarm going off in the body; the body
is saying No Thank You!
Alternatively, muscle testing is used for babies, small
children and those with an irregular heart beat who may
difficult to test through the pulse method.
The client is instructed to avoid all identified foods for a
period of 4-6 wks. This allows time for the digestive tract
to heal and strengthen. A follow-up visit may be recommended
to assess progress. Clients are often very surprised at how
quickly a small adjustment in their diet can correct long
standing symptoms.
Food Sensitivity Testing is appropriate for all ages
and is a very practical and personal approach to taking
charge of your health.
